Bryony O'Dowda

Soft Tissue Therapist

Following graduation in 2014 from Nottingham Trent University with a First Class Sports & Exercise Science degree, Bryony qualified as a Level 4 Sports Massage Practitioner and started up her own Soft Tissue Therapy business in Oxfordshire. She is also the current practitioner at The Athlete Centre, and treats all Oxford based Sports England TASS athletes.

In addition to full Sports Massage Association membership (SMA), Bryony is a recognised practitioner for unfunded Great Britain Olympic and Paralympic athletes through the SMA Road2Success Scheme. Bryony is also fully qualified in Fascial Movement Taping and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization.

Outside of work, Bryony trains as an International gymnast/All-Star cheerleader, and was part of the 2017 ICU World Champion England team.
